    Store manager Tanya canceled our discount rental less than 24 hrs before we needed it. There are not many rental companies around and therefore could not go and book another one elsewhere. Thankfully we knew an autobody shop that sends tons of service to discount. She said the only reason she 'pulled some strings' to get us one is because we knew the owners of the autobody shop that sends their customers to discount. She was incredibly rude, unaccommodating, and made this process that much more stressful.
