  I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport in April 2017 from Owen Sound Hyundai. The whole staff and environment was an amazing experience. I love my Santa Fe Sport and loved my experience so much that I came to join the Sales Team.

  I can't speak high enough about Hyundai. We own 2 elantras (2009 & 2016) and will be coming here for an SUV when or if the 2009 ever dies. A car is really just a car, but our elantras have been so reliable. But my review should emphasize the service I receive at the dealership. They have been so accommodating for issues I may have had. I just got off the phone with Lisa and John, and I am so appreciative of their kindness. They have always accomodated any last minute issues, dead battery, new starter... The staff never make me feel dumb for not knowing something mechanical nor are they bothered by my many annoying questions. A true 5+ rating.

  I have been a Chevy person all my life and the only SUV I would have ever considered was the Santa Fe. If it hadn't been for Jeff and the staff at Owen Sound I likely would never have considered converting to a Hyundai or purchasing from this dealership. In fact we have purchased two Hyundai's here. It is so important for people to find "trust" in anyone, dealership or such a major purchase and at Owen Sound I feel we have this from them. We've had terrific service and it's such a pleasure just to drop in. Love the coffee and cookies waiting when you come in. :)
