  What can I say, they are a bunch of crooks. Easy Home is already awful with their prices but this location takes the cake. This is an independent store and a LOT of shady dealings are happening here. i have a friend who used to drive for them and the drivers would take the items the "repo'd" home and the customers would keep getting harassed even though they returned the items. When I got my tv, their drivers were smoking weed at the side of my house then backed the truck into the hydro pole at the end of my driveway damaging it and the truck, they delivered me 2 broken tvs before I got one that worked with the wrong remote.... had to spend $200 to get the proper replacement from Samsung since they "didn't have the matching one" They charge you so many hidden fees the price they give you is not what you will be paying (almost double it to be accurate) and if you are not there at 9am on payment day expect phone calls, texts, even Facebook messages. And don't be a day late because omg you'll get the rudest messages luike you just murdered a baby. I was told I could buy out after 3 months... almost the end of my term and they still wont give me an early buy out price. Avoid this store and Dan at all costs... make the trip to Hanover, they are so much easier to deal wit and they're actually held to corporate standards unlike Owen Sound's branch who every thing is shady with. You won't be sorry you avoided a run in with these guys trust me!
