  I was completely amazed at the high level of expertise and service that I received after joining this Owen Sound Fitness Center. Velocity Fitness is a great environment to achieve excellence in your fitness goals. The owner has more certification then essentially all of the trainers locally, and he lives and breathes fitness. With different types of equipment that remind me of private circuit training gyms that you see in Toronto, I was thoroughly pleased. This gym is for real gains in muscle mass, or real losses in body fat content. It is a gym for those that want results. There is no pressure from the staff for you to become like them and your own personal needs are attended to. If you choose to get personal training though, you will be seeing results. Everything is client centered and they know that there is no one sized fits all fitness solution to everyone's problems. I would definitely put this on my list of places to become healthier in Owen Sound.

  Hardcore, treats everyone like family, and when you get in there you FEEL the energy and the sweat of everyone around you working hard for their goals. You won't find cardio bunnies or planet fitness rules here. People of all ages and builds work out here and it's a community that strives on it's hard work. You Want a gym that will give you your avenue to succeed, this is where you need to be.
