  I have used Douglas Cleaners for my professional cleaning services for the last 29 years and have never had an issue. They have cleaned everything from leather jackets to curtain valances, dress shirts, my wifes various and assorted items, and so on. Management has changed but they continue to serve our needs in a friendly and courteous manner.

  I took my husbands favourite two dress shirts here for basic dry cleaning for the first time. I WILL NOT GO BACK! One of the two came back with a large grease strike down the collar of it and another dot below it on the shirt....I GUARANTEE YOU THESE WERE NOT THERE WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF! Then of course it comes back to me with a note that they couldn't get the stains out. Of course you couldn't! It's grease from your machines! Anyhow, I will not go back. There is nothing to be done to salvage this shirt now.....which I might add, was purchased in Cali, Colombia, SA. Irreplaceable!

  Great customer service. They offer excellent service, are honest and a pleasure to deal with. A+ business. I had a problem with a bag as the leather bled. I was quickly offered a check for the full replacement price for the bag. I chose store credit as we often have things cleaned. This is a five star business who stands behind their cleaning services.

  I took my white Canada Goose coat in for dry cleaning and it came back grey. I then sent it to Canada Goose who tried to fix it and informed me that it was a problem that occurred during dry cleaning. When I informed Jack, at Douglas Cleaners, he was very rude and said it wasn't his fault, that it was an old coat. The coat is only 3 years old and was white when I brought it in not grey. Very unacceptable for a business to not stand by their service. ZERO STARS
