    The new owners of Pizza Pizza are very nice and work hard to accommodate to people’s wishes for pizza. The product of Pizza Pizza is wonderful, and they pay attention to how you want your pizza (or whatever else it may be) done. The counter staff are very friendly and give off great vibes, and they always have slices available. As well, the delivery man is always cheerful, outgoing and no matter how he is feeling, he always has a smile on his face and tries to interact with the customers for a positive delivery. Would highly recommend!

    Food has increased in quality greatly and the service is amazingly friendly and hardworking.

    Call centre is a disaster. Orderd two pizzas. Drove 1/2 hr to pick up. Our order didn't get processed so they didn't have our pizza. Did not offer a voucher . Have lost our business forever. Very disappointed.

    Pizza is great as long as you get it made fresh to order. Most cashiers offer mediocre service, not overly attentive or friendly. Restaurant seating is spacious but does not appear overly clean. Location is central to downtown but not great for parking or wheelchair access.

    I love the delivery pizza far more than the by the slice. But it seems like the size of pizza has maybe gotten smaller over the years. Great topping selection. Not overly generous, but good enough.
