  Great place for a date night or to catch a quick flick. Over the past year or so it's become a bit run down and cheap night isnt so cheap anymore. Wishing there were more updates and better use of lobby space. Other galaxy cinemas in the area are a fun place to go and this one just seems like an in and out quick movie. Would love to see more games and better movies, the popular ones never seem to come to Owen Sound. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff!

  Every time I've gone to this theatre, there is a problem, slow service, really quiet sound, and difficulty ordering food. After numerous emails to Cineplex, I've given up and just expect a poor experience here if I want to see a movie. If you can see a film elsewhere, pick that place over this one.

  Waited 20 minutes in line to get food, also waited to get change. No change machines for the games. 3 people at the front counter but only 1 actually working. Other than that it was ok. It was somewhat clean.
