  I had two maids come and do a deep clean. I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for bi weekly cleaning. They are professional from cleaning to the management. If I have to change dates I just call in and management is so kind to accommodate me. Very friendly service.

  Extremely expensive and did not complete the promised work. Quality of cleaning was low. $497 paid with the main work I requested undone. I was promised that they will come back to finish, but it is more than a month and they have not called or answered to my voice messages.

  I called to make a small complaint from complaints I received from my guests. Gerry did not listen, he shot back with a list of all the things that weren't working for him. I ended the call because he was so combative. I called back an hour later to tell him I no longer needed his services and he still came at me with excuses, and for things I hadn't even complained about. I was very unsatified with how he dealt with complaints and felt the cleaning was subpar.

  I had booked a $460 clean and was totally amazed with the ladies. The service was amazing. I almost didn't recognize my own home. I will be calling the office to book weekly cleaning when I return from the south in the spring. Thank you Merry Maids for a job well done.
