  Shorty's always accommodates me as I am Celiac! They make an amazing gluten free chicken cream sauce pasta for me with a side village salad and it's all incredible. Love their flexibility and allowing me to eat with my friends and family!

  Always great food, very busy spot. Friendly servers. Only downside is that it is very loud from all the customers and the layout of the restaurant. Hard to have a quiet conversation. But great atmosphere otherwise and is the "go - to" place for a great meal.

  I ate there last weekend and the wait was terrible! We got seated right away and strangely, even thought the restauarant did not seem busy, we then waited at least 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The food took another hour or so to show up. I ordered the FRENCH ONION soup and for $8 is was a rip off. Hardly any cheese! The did bring us nice fresh bread when we asked for it and the server was very friendly. BUT the whole meal with close to $100 in the end and NOT worth it. For this price I want the food to actually come in a reasonable amount of time. Not much choice in Owen Sound but you just might want to rethink eating here unless you have at least 2 hours and an extra 100 bucks for not a lot of food.

  Friday night service was quick and service was wonderful. Food was fantastic. Place was to noisy though. Had to yell to the person right beside you just to have a conversation.

  I was promptly seated by very courteous hostess. Music was perfect level(Not obnoxiously loud) ordered the 10 oz sirloin done perfectly.ordered a side of sauteed mushrooms ( a little pricey $7) but they too were cooked perfectly. The vegetables were definitely not cooked from frozen. Great mix of carrots, Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and string beans. Baked potato was just alright but it's only a potato after all. All in all very enjoyable experience.
