  My husband called to verify that they did infant ear piercings. They said they did. Great! I drive half an hour to get my daughters ears pierced and upon arrival I am told that they don't do piercings on children under two. She's 1.5 years old. What a joke.

  I went from long hair to a bob cut and Claire made me feel comfortable she is an artist of hair I have never left a salon feeling like I did today my colour and my cut were beautiful and my husband was happy too. Best experience ever

  Honestly I'm so so mad right now they messed my hair up first of all the bleach went elsewhere on my head and she denies it. She was rough with my hair after I asked her not to be and she left the bleach on for far too long on 2 areas. My hair looks terrible. I'm so upset I'm not sure if I'm going to have it fixed elsewhere or just cover it up with a dark colour. A big chunk of hair was falling out and I was panicking the woman tried to say it came from my brush.. just overall dumb people work here and don't bother letting Susan touch your hair or anyone else there !
