    Took my Wife out for a simple ice cream cone. Waited over 20 minutes. My number 195 was up next for most of that time and lighted in red . They simply passed over me to people who purchased larger meals after me.

    Have tried the Owen Sound McDonald's twice this year... both experiences were poor. In July while using the drive thru I had to pull ahead and wait in the pick up parking spot for a cone...a single cone!

    Just this week after ordering, then paying at the first window, I was informed at the pick up window that a mixed milkshake order would not be filled, a rule apparently put in place by the owner. All other McDonald's gladly fill such. Very trivial...

    Haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile. They have really improved the decor and ambiance inside. Food took a little longer than I would expect for a fast food restaurant. There were mistakes when we finally got the food but it was quickly corrected and all was forgiven.

    They get the order right about 3 out of 4 times and make you pull ahead into the Drive Thru waiting area about 1/2 the time. Slow. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's.
