  Bought a used car 4 years ago and I called Owen sound Volkswagen to see how much was left owing cause I was looking at a new car they say I've only made 9 payment in total but every two weeks for 4 years I have $100.00 coming out of my account.this place is a rip off I can't believe how rude the person on the phone with me. if I only made 9 payments shouldnt my car been towed long ago. Complete waste of time and money they don't know how to fix cars or manage people properly they don't know what's going on with there product or services they should be ashamed to call themselves a business.
