  Enterprise has my repeat business because their staff are so professional and they have decent cars (some of which are pictured below) at affordable rates. I showed up early for a rental and they went out of their way to make sure I was in the vehicle within minutes! They're willing and always ready to accommodate any need you might have. Great rates, unlimited mileage (in ON) and like the commercial says, they'll pick you up or drop you off! Graham (the Manager, I think), Tisha and Bruce always go the extra mile!

  The staff (Graham and unfortunately I didn't get the young ladies name) were good. Pleasant, polite and full of customer service and the right attitude.

  Ignorant, rude. Never held my reservation. Insisted it was my fault! If it wasn't through insurance , I would never give them by business voluntarily. Thanks for ruining my day.

  Best place I have ever rented a car. Great customer service wonderful vehicles and always accomdating as much as they can be. Beats anywhere else in Owen Sound.

  When I returned a 2 day rental, a credit was given as I returned it with a 1/4 tank more gas than I left with. No asking. ...just..he you go!.

  They have gone above and beyond for us. They have helped us out when we found ourselves unexpectedly without a vehicle. The gentlemen who run the Owen Sound branch have always been good and have always done way more then they needed
