After how I was treated, I'm inclined to believe all three are true.

The day of, I'm not happy, but I have to accept the situation so I go in with a hopeful attitude. After they've extracted 2 teeth, The nitrous literally runs out. They have no more.So the dentist tells me he can continue with just the numbing. I really don't want to have to go through a second recovery., to I tell him as long as there's no pain, keep going.

I really needed a dentist that I could trust. I never really liked dentists, but he's the best I've encountered. I was so satisfied with the results of my dental work (Invisalign and cleaning) , I won't go to any other dentist.

Now, their dentist told me that since I have cavities in all 4 of my wisdom teeth, they recommend all being pulled as a precaution. So I agree.

The office was really professional and clean. The technology that you see inside the dentist chair was out of this world and the staff are so friendly and caring.

3 days before my extraction, they call and tell me that their sedation staff wont be available until for three more weeks. I'm in pretty severe pain and I can't wait three weeks. I need it pulled asap so I agree to just the Nitrous.

I'm an anxious individual, and previous experience says that I should be sedated for anything like this. So I schedule the sedation (For the next month because coincidently the person they get for sedation only comes once a money... I mean month.) Now I'm told It needs to be paid in advance, so I borrow the money and pay them 3 weeks in advance.

When I complained about the treatment I was receiving, they failed to even accept responsibility but offered me a lip-service apology. It was only after I argued with them that offered a partial refund (which was actually a "discount" the dentist offered me for the lack of nitrous. Which I found unacceptable. It was only after demanding to speak with the owner that I was given a full refund.

Firstly, I'm currently unemployed and when I informed them of this and that I would be paying with the help of Ontario works, their demeanor did a complete 180. When I first entered as "regular" client, I was treated with smiles and polite tones, that completely changed. The tone became as if was an inconvenience, 3rd class citizen treatment.

Then, they call me the next day because they screwed up again and don't have the information they need to deal with OW, information that they were supposed to have 3 weeks prior and submit to OW BEFORE my extraction of they run the risk of not being paid, After that problem was solved I asked what they would do about my mistreatment. THey told me they weren't looking into that because they had 3 people working on the payment issue.

As soon as he starts into the last tooth, there's pain. He tries numbing it, it doesn't work. He tries again, it doesn't work. He tells me that the reason I feel pain is because I'm too anxious and he can't continue. A problem that wouldn't have occurred had they been professional enough to monitor their levels properly and know that they would need more. And in the case of a business like this, having too much is always a better option than not having enough., Now, I'm in the exact scenario I was trying to avoid, having to come back for a second extraction and basically double my recovery time. In addition, they had started to drill into the tooth causing damage meaning the tooth now HAS TO BE removed because there's a risk of infection of further decay on a completely separate tooth. As if this wasn't bad enough, there's $115 in pain medication that I will have to pay for A SECOND TIME because they failed to do their job properly. In addition, I'm now going to have to pay another dentist to extract the tooth.

Everyone was so very friendly. I haven't been to the dentist in seven years and it was a great experience.

Either they are completely unprofessional, just plain negligent in their responsibilities, or they see their clients as nothing more than walking wallets.

Recently one of my wisdom teeth started to decay. This is how I was treated at Hilltop

I just finished having Invisalign for the past year, and the experience was great! Being able to take them out is a great advantage, and no one could tell I had them. Not to mention the great experience with Hilltop Dentistry!

However, because I complained, they refused to extract the final tooth, even though they damaged it, and told me to take my business elsewhere.

When they found out the tooth needed to be pulled, I was told that despite being in pain, they had already met their quote of people they needed to help through Ontario works that month and they wouldn't be able to pull the tooth until the following month.
