    Once waited a half hour for hot food. The service could use a tweaking. They forgot to make part of my meal then proceeded to tell me it was in the bag but it wasn't.

    Friendly enough staff, and fast service given how busy the restaurant is. Always busy in the summer, evenings and weekends especially. Physical space is small and cramped, both waiting for an order, and eating. There is a walk up window for ordering from outside, which is just as busy as inside. Restaurant could definitely be a little cleaner; washrooms are cleaner than they used to be. Food is fine, both hot and cold. Very generous servings (sundaes and shakes) when we was there last.
